At PawHaven, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time, ensuring that both you and your furry friend enjoy a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is between 10–14 business days, depending on your location and the current volume of shipments.
Please note that during busy seasons, sales, or holidays, shipping times may vary slightly.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders above €40.
For orders below €40, a flat-rate shipping fee of €3.99 applies.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Area

We currently ship throughout the Netherlands and most EU countries.
If you are located outside of our service area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery options.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support team at support@pawhaven.nl.
We will investigate the issue and assist you in locating or replacing your order as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
PawHaven cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs and Duties

For international shipments, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
